Free Local Delivery
- Enter your postcode at checkout to see if your address is eligible for free drop off!
- Majority of our deliveries will take place after 5:45pm Monday - Saturday, we will contact you to confirm a date & timeframe (be sure to enter a correct email & phone number at checkout!)
- We'll aim to have your order delivered within two days
Free store collection
- Place your order online, with multiple payment methods available at checkout
- You will receive a email confirming that your order is ready for collection, we will work quickly to process your order! however this may take up to 24 hours
- Pop along to collect your goodies! you can find us at JUNO 115a st john's road (pink shopfront, corner of Thorndale road, usually a little grey cat in the window).
- Had a change of heart? no problem! get in touch using our contact info in your conformation email & we'll issue a full refund asap
- Purchased orders will be held for 10 days, if collection has not taken place after this timeframe a full refund will be issued
Royal Mail
£3.50 flat rate is our current postage charge, we aim to have orders sent & processed within two days
Returns
We offer a 30 day full refund or exchange for clothing, provided the item has all tags attached and is unworn. You can bring your online order back to store for a free return or via postage at the customers cost. If returning through post we recommend choosing a trackable service.
